How should i store the jar with the wipes?

Store the wipes at room temperature, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed to prevent the wipes from drying out and to maintain their effectiveness.

Do Rocky's Tail products expire?

Yes, every product comes with an expiration date located on the bottom of the jar.

What is the best way to apply Rocky's Tail products to my pet?

Go to 'Manage Subscription' to log in and cancel your subscription.

How can I modify my subscription?

You can adjust the frequency and quantity of products in your subscription. Simply click on 'Subscriptions' to view all the products you’re subscribed to.

To pause a subscription, click 'Manage Subscription' on the desired product.

The first option you'll see is the 'Charge Date.' Clicking on it will open a calendar where you can select your next charge and shipping date.

The second option is 'Delivery Schedule.' Clicking on it will open a tab with three options: Days, Weeks, and Months. The first tab lets you choose the number of units, and once you select a time frame, that will determine your next delivery
schedule.

Where can I update my payment details and billing address?

Log into your account and select 'Payment Methods' to access your information. By clicking 'Edit,' you can update your billing address and card details in the side tab.

Log into your account and click on 'Shipping Addresses' to view all addresses associated with your profile. To update an address, click 'Edit Shipping Address' below the address you want to change. A side tab will appear, allowing you to make the necessary updates. Once done, click 'Save.
